Georgie Grant Haworth
Associate Director
Passionate about building philanthropic resilience, Georgie has been creating fundraising start-ups and fixes for over 25 years – helping ‘for impact’ organisations to innovate, get ready to fundraise or get back on track. Specialising in identifying the ‘why’ of organisations to create major donor programmes which kick-start fundraising, Georgie is guided by the principle that ‘fundraisers do not ask for money – we give people the opportunity to do something amazing’.
Following 21 years working across the education, international development and heritage sectors including Director of Development roles at St George’s Chapel Windsor Castle, London Academy of Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and the Royal Grammar School, Guildford, Georgie went independent in 2021. Recent clients include the British Council, World Cities Cultural Forum (WCCF), Surbiton High School and The Lightbox Gallery and Museum in Woking. She is particularly proud of working with donors to save the 660-year old St George’s Chapel Choir at Windsor Castle; creating 18 transformational means-tested bursaries at the Royal Grammar School, Guildford and, in 2022, being part of the Act IV / A-I-R development team supporting the British Council to enable Sonia Boyce to represent Great Britain and win the Golden Lion at La Biennale di Venezia.
